Body Precision high-pressure diecast and machined from Marine grade A360 alloy. Body design provides enclosed, water resistant wire way to protect wires. Features an integral knuckle for maximum mechanical strength.
Gasket High-temperature silicone o-ring for the water-tight seal.
Knuckle Machined knuckle with a solid stainless steel Allen bolt. Vertical tilt for easy aiming.
Shroud Precision machined and comes with a factory sealed shock resistant glass lens to prevent water intrusion. Accepts up to one additional lens/hex cell accessory.
Finish Proprietary E-Shield™ process provides 5 distinct layers of protection against corrosion.
Lens Flat frosted tempered glass. Patented removable lens. The full gasket lens is held in place with a threaded lens retainer.
Lamp For use with FLEX GOLD™ Series LED lamps are available in 1W or 2W T3 lamps. LED lamps are available in 3000K color temperatures. Xelogen lamp up to 20W.
Electrical Requirements A remote 12V transformer is required and may be ordered separately from Unique Lighting Systems®. Voltage range for 12V halogen lamps is 10.8V to 12V. Voltage range for FLEX GOLD™ Series LED T3 lamps is 10V-15V.

E-Shield™ is the Elements™ Series coating process that bonds base material with corrosion-resistant processes and finishes it with an extremely durable, polyester powder coat paint. With over 750 hours of salt spray endurance testing and built-in ultraviolet resistance, E-Shield™ will stand up to the harshest environments.Part of being sustainable is making products last longer. Our E-Shield™ process delivers superior corrosion resistance. Both powder coating and e-coating deliver a uniform finish which is beautiful in appearance and superior in durability.

Stage 1: Marine Grade A360 Alloy – Pre-treated with ultrasonic cleaning cycle.

Stage 2: Anodizing – Creates an oxide layer that seals against corrosion.

Stage 3: e-Coating – Automotive industry tough electroplating provides exceptional corrosion resistance even in marine environments.

Stage 4: Super TGIC Thermoset Polyester Powder Coat Paint – Excellent exterior durability and UV stabilized. Resists abrasion and chipping.
