Consumer Buyer Protection Plan

The Consumer Buyer Protection Plan is a simple, yet thoroughly drafted plan for the installer to follow, virtually guaranteeing Zero Call Backs. By following the process of the CBPP virtually ensures the integrity of the lighting system.

If an installer uses only Unique Lighting Systems products and follows the instructions for the complete lighting system (Unique Transformers, Unique Fixtures, Unique Intelli-Flex Wire, Unique Connectors and Unique Hubs), you as the home owner are ensured the system against corrosion, wicking, oxidation and polarity issues.

Since we are unable to warranty workmanship, the CBPP serves as a check system to ensure your contractor is installing your system correctly. The key is the Verification Forms; the installer must perform three critical functions to ensure Unique Lighting Systems and the client: No overloads, No shorts, 11.5 volts to the lamps on a 12 volt system or 23.5 volts to the lamps on a 24 volt system, Not to be over-volted, Not to be under-volted, No blown fuses, The perfect installation and Zero call backs.

Here's how it works...

Step 1. The installer must fill out the supplied Verification Forms. This means they must check the primary amps on the transformer with an amp probe, make sure there are no more than 16 amps on the secondary side and there are 12 or 24 volts to the Satellite Hub.

Step 2. The installer must complete the Lamp Replacement Chart

Step 3. The installer must complete the As-Built.

When the installer has completed this thorough inspection process, you can be ensured the integrity of the lighting system will yield Zero Call Backs.
