WARRANTY RETURN (RGA)

To facilitate your return of warranty product, please follow the procedures as listed below:

Contact Unique Lighting at 800-955-4831. Request to speak with Technical Service. Tech will guide you through any possible troubleshooting measures. In the event that we are unable to solve product problem, Tech will issue a Returned Goods Authorization number. Unique Lighting Systems Return Department, 5825 Jasmine Street Riverside, CA 92504.

It is suggested that you keep a record of your RGA number for future reference. We also recommend your noting of the tracking information, this will assist should we or you need to follow up on the shipping and receipt of product. Upon receipt of RGA, Should you have any questions regarding an outstanding RGA, please contact Customer Service at 800-955-4831.
